One night, the gang was on their way home in the Mystery Machine when they
heard a loud bang. "Zoinks!" exclaimed Shaggy. "What was that?" "Calm down,
Shaggy," Fred replied. "We just got a flat tire. Let's just hope that the next
place we stop by has a spare."
The van stopped by a building that looked
to be abandoned. Fred said, "Well, gang, let's go in and find ourselves a tire."
Shaggy said, "Like, you're not getting me in there!" "Re roo!" said Scooby.
Velma got out a box of Scooby Snacks and said, "Not even for a Scooby Snack?"
Shaggy and Scooby watched as Velma dangled the box in front of them. "Well,
okay," said Shaggy as he grabbed the box. The gang then left the van and headed
into the building.
In the building, the gang saw some fancy-looking
machines everywhere they looked. Shaggy and Scooby came across a machine that
looked like a dispenser of some kind. Shaggy pressed the button on top and a hot
dog appeared. He grabbed the hot dog and chowed down on it. Scooby activated the
machine and a strawberry cupcake appeared. As Scooby took the cupcake, Shaggy
said, "Like, I don't know how this thing works, but I'm glad it exists!" The two
of them gorged themselves on whatever food the machine produced. "Go on without
us," said Shaggy. "We could be here a while."
Daphne and Velma came
across a room with smaller machines that were in the process of being built.
Velma looked at the pieces of the machines and wondered what they could be used
for. Daphne looked at a device that looked like it was completed. The device
looked like a ray gun from a science fiction movie. "I wonder what it even
does," said Daphne.
She pointed the device at a plant and it shot out a
bright blue beam. The beam hit the plant and caused it to shrink. Daphne walked
up to the tiny plant and picked it up. "Wow!" she said. "So this is what it
does." Daphne gave a devious smile and looked at Velma.
"Look at what I
found!" said Daphne. Velma turned around and was hit by the beam from the
device. She started shrinking until she was only three inches high. "Jinkies!"
said Velma. Why am I so small?" Daphne replied, "It was because of what I have
here." She showed the shrunken Velma the device that she used to shrink her. "I
see that it works just as well on human subjects," said Daphne.
Velma
said, "If that device is also capable of making things grow, it could benefit
mankind! Think of the possibilities!" Daphne said, "I've thought of one
possibility, and I'm holding it right here in my hand." "What do you mean?"
replied Velma.
Daphne grabbed Velma and picked her up. "What are you
going to do with me?" said Velma. Daphne's stomach then started to grumble. "I
think I have an idea," she said. She lifted Velma over her head and opened her
mouth. "You can't do this to me!" said Velma. "After all that we've been
through!" Daphne dropped Velma into her mouth and slurped up her shrunken
friend.
Velma could do nothing as she found herself sliding down Daphne's
throat and ended up in her stomach. "Please get me out of here!' she said.
Daphne said, Looks like you just became my first Daphne Snack." She then let out
a big burp. "Excuse me!" She picked up the device and left the room. "Oh, the
fun I'm going to have with this thing!" said Daphne.
