When the Inner Senshi of the Solar System ever thought deeply about the Outer Senshi of the Solar System. The words “amusing,” “fun,” or “carefree” never seemed to come to mind. From the moment they had met Sailor Pluto, the 4 girls had always come off as incredibly serious, mysterious, deep and complex girls who were never, EVER too vulnerable.
Sometimes, the girls tried to get through to them and see just what was hiding deep in those delicate but strong minds. But they never got very deep, as the outers seemed much more attached to their duties than their own emotions, maybe just a bit too much.
The Inner and Outer Senshi had been fighting apart from each other for a while now, and it began to seem that they were growing farther and farther apart. Of course, the Inners definitely wouldn’t want that. But to them, the outers didn’t seem to care that much.
At least on the outside..

Usagi sighed and sat at her computer, ready to send another note to the Outers. To her, it felt so strange. When they were fighting to stop the Death Busters, they had shown to be very affectionate, especially Haruka. Why were they distancing themselves from her all of a sudden? She pulled herself together, and clicked on the “compose” button on her e-mail. There was no use in sitting there and worrying about it.
“Dear Outers,
It’s been a very long time since we last saw each other. I remember when we’d all get together and have picnics, or tea, or fun things like that. Now, I haven’t even been able to catch a glimpse of your faces. I understand that you might have your hands full with raising Hotaru, but it seems that the only time we ever see each other is when we’re bound by our Senshi duties. The Dead Moon Circus’ power is rising, and I realise there’s no escaping fighting together as a team once again, but could we please enjoy one last get together before that happens? Please?

Usagi sighed and hit “send” on her page. She really hoped she would get a reply, her last few notes had gone unnoticed. All of a sudden, the communicator on her wrist began to vibrate.
“*sigh* Yeah?” Usagi asked.
“Oh, thank goodness, Usagi!” It was her friend Ami calling.
“Oh, hi Ami! I’m assuming the Dead Moon Circus is on the rise again.” Usagi said.
“Yep. I’ve already alerted the others. If you could get here as fast as possible, that’d be great.” She said.
“Alright. I’ll be there in a flash. You can count on it!” Usagi said with a smile.
“You’d better!” Usagi heard Rei yell in the background as the picture faded out of the circular screen. Usagi sighed, wishing the Outer Senshi would be there to fight with them. She snapped out of it and got going. It was probably in vain…

Setsuna sighed, reading the e-mail Usagi had sent her. The woman admired how much she cared for her little family. The blonde must have it way harder than them at the moment.
“What’cha reading, Sets?” Haruka asked, peering in through the door to
Setsuna’s room.
“An e-mail from Usagi. She must be worried about us.” The greenette replied.
“Worried? About us?” Haruka asked.
“She misses us.”
“Oh, well that makes sense.”
“Should we visit the Inner Guardians?” Setsuna asked.
“Sure, why not? We can take Hotaru with us.” Haruka replied.
“We’ll have to ask Michiru first.” Setsuna said, the two winced. When it came to living together, Michiru was the WORST housemate. Always scheduling days a week in advance, getting angry at Haruka if the beds weren’t made a certain way, and even assigning everbody various cups of water to use daily. Haruka’s girlfriend was the bossiest person in existence.
“I’ll go ask her.” Haruka sighed, and walked out of the room.

“Love?” Haruka asked.
“Yes?” Michiru was washing dishes.
“Sailor Moon wants us to visit. Do you have anything planned this week?” The blonde asked.
“Ehh, Let’s see here…” Michiru walked over and looked through a calendar.
“I’ve got space. Maybe today or Saturday, your choice.” The woman replied.
“Hmm…” Haruka began to think, suddenly, something in her pocket began to vibrate. It was her Lip Rod!
“Michi…” Haruka asked.
“Mine’s vibrating as well. The girls must be in some sort of predicament.” Michiru said.
“Well, then what’s the best time to catch them than when we swoop in and save their butts, eh?” Haruka asked.
“Today it is, then.” Michiru replied.
“Alright. I’ll go get Sets-” As Haruka said that, Sailor Pluto quickly ran down the stairs and headed for the door. She stopped.
“Well, what are you waiting for? Transform and come on!” The woman said. The two lovers shrugged, and pulled out their Lip Rods.
“Uranus Planet Power, Make Up!”
“Neptune Planet Power, Make Up!”

“Moon Gorgeous...Meditation!” The guardian of the moon yelled, shards of glass flying from her Kaleido-Moon Scope, straight at the Lemure. It screamed at it’s entire body was hit by the attack, evaporating into thin air as it’s horrible shadow eventually disappeared. Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and Chibi-Moon had all gathered together to foil Cere Cere’s latest scheme.
“*sigh* And another one goes down for the count. Stupid humans, their nightmares are never strong enough to defeat these little pests.” Cere Cere cursed under breath.
“*huff* *puff* I suppose that’s exactly what you deserve for terrorising poor people like this!” Usagi shouted at the girl as the rest of the Senshi gathered around her.
“Hmph. You really think that you can finish me off like that?” Cere Cere taunted, mocking the girls’ tiredness.
“What do you mean?” Rei asked.
“You’ve completely exhausted yourselves! Ha! Like you could even take a few more steps! In fact…” The girl said, reaching out her hand. Slowly, the girls began to feel even more tired than they already were.
“W-what’s happening?” Makoto asked, losing her balance.
“S-she’s stealing our energy!” Venus said.
“It’s just like the Negaverse all over again…” Mercury said as she fell over. One by one, the girls all fell over, eventually passing out due to the lack of energy.
“...I think I’ll take that useful energy of yours.” Cere Cere said with a
smirk.
“And to make sure you won’t be annoying me any longer...Reduce Orb!” The girl
yelled as a pink orb formed in the air. It’s glowing pink energy surrounded the
girls, and it began to compress around them, slowly reducing the sizes of their
bodies.
“I’ll shrink you out of existence!” The girl yelled. The girls’ bodies dwindle before Cere Cere’s eyes. 15 inches, 10 inches, 7 inches, 5 inches....
“Hey, kid!” A voice yelled behind Cere Cere. She turned around to find the 3 Outer Senshi, their weapons drawn and ready for a fight themselves.
“Crud.” The girl said. The energy disappeared from the Inner Senshi’s bodies.
“It looks as though the girls have already enjoyed their party. Which leaves just you…” Uranus stepped forward.
“To what? Stand here while you attack me? I don’t think so! See you next showtime!” Cere Cere said, disappearing in a flash of light.
“...She left rather quickly…” Neptune said.
“Forget about her, where are the others? I don’t see them anywhere!“ Pluto said.
“*gasp* Me neither…” Uranus said, a bit worried, suddenly, her boot hit something. She looked down, and saw that she’d hit an unconscious Jupiter.
“Ehh...I think I found ‘em.” Uranus said.
“What? Where?” Pluto asked, she looked down and saw what had happened too.
“Oh boy…” Neptune said, looking down. None of the three knew what to say about this.
“Well, I suppose we’ve got an inside look of the Dead Moon Circus’ power.” Uranus said.
“Never mind that, let’s get these girls home.” Neptune said, reaching down to pick the girls up.
“Home? Their parents would never know what to say about their shrunken daughters!” Pluto said.
“Then what should we do?” Uranus asked.
“Umm...why don’t we take care of them at our house until this spell wears off? I can already feel it deteriorating, it won’t be long.” Pluto said.
“Alright, if you say so.” Haruka said, picking up Sailor Moon.
“Kitten will be very surprised to see us when the wakes up.”

“Urgh...Ami...Chibiusa...what happened? What’s going on?”
“Ah, look Ruka. Usagi is waking up.” A voice rang...
“Huh? Is that…”
“Aw...she looks so adorable, all tiny and stuff.” Usagi awoke with a jolt, instantly recognizing the two voices.
“Haruka! Michiru!” She called out, a bright smile forming on her face. As she woke, she was not greeted by the two guardians’ faces, but by the strangely massive landscape of an oak wood table, followed the the astronomical space of what looked to be a living room.
“Ah, over here kitten.” Haruka’s voice called behind her. Usagi turned around to see the the two massive bodies of Haruka and Michiru.
“ACK!” She yelled, jumping back. Haruka chuckled.
“Y-You’re not Haruka and Michiru!” Usagi said.
“Yeah! This is some messed up nightmare from the Dead Moon Circus! Drop the act, you’re not getting anything out of me!” She said.
“Hm...If that’s the case, than in a matter of seconds my skin is going to turn black, my teeth are going to become incredibly sharp, and I’m going to eat you.” Haruka said. Usagi’s face paled. A matter of seconds passed.
“Your skin hasn’t gotten any darker than I remembered it.” Michiru remarked.
“Yup, see?” Haruka asked.
“Hmm...alright, fine.” The tiny girl said. She could feel a few rumblings under her.
“Ugh...What the, get off me Odango-atama!” It turned out to be Rei, who immediately pushed Usagi off her back.
“Hey! Not cool!” She pushed Rei right back, who fell on top of Makoto. She awoke with a jolt.
“*gasp* Oh come on, jeez! Will you two stop it?” She complained. The commotion woke up Ami, who simply sighed and looked around.
“Wait...where are we?” She asked. Haruka and Michiru simply watched the spectacle unfold, giggling at the sight of 4 tiny Sailor Guardians arguing their heads off. Eventually the 4 girls looked up, and realised who was watching.
“AIIEEE!” They all yelled and cowered behind Usagi. Haruka simply laughed.
“Are you always like this?” Michiru asked. The 4 girls blushed.
“Not always-” Usagi said, but was interrupted by Rei.
“Where are we?!!” She demanded, frantically looking from side to side.
“Good evening, young ladies. I hope you had a good rest. Right now you’re standing in the Tomoe Estate, the living room to be exact.” Michiru said.
“It looks like the Tomoe Estate, but definitely doesn’t feel like it!” Makoto said.
“Well, you guys had a little mix-up while fighting those bad guys, so we stepped in and helped you.” Haruka said.
“Oh, thank you very much! We’re so grateful!” Ami said, still cowering behind Usagi with the other girls.
“Oh come on. Quit it, kittens.” Haruka said, trying to pluck the girls from behind Usagi. They all moved backwards with each grab of Haruka’s hand, making scared little girl squeals.
“Hey, stop that!” Haruka said.
“You stop it!” Michiru said swatting Haruka’s hand away.
“Pfft. You grab them then.” Haruka joked.
“Oh, I will alright.” Michiru said. She got up and loomed over the girls with her whole body, then tried to grab them. At this point, they freaked out and scattered in all directions, effectively dodging Haruka and Michiru each time they tried to grab the tiny girls. Eventually they simply dived off the table and made a ran for cover, still screaming.
“Hey! Kittens! Kittens?” Haruka asked.
“Oh my, we scared them away.” Michiru said, giggling.
“Alright, girls. You can come out now!” Haruka said. There was no response.
“...Okay, a game of Hide and Seek then?” Haruka asked,
“Alright, if you say so.” Michiru replied.
“Okay, here goes!” Haruka said, beginning to count.
“1...2...3...4...5…”

Setsuna sighed, this was just too cute. Here she was, wearing a yellow, patterned kimono holding two adorable, very little sleeping girls for a nice hug. From the noises downstairs, it sounded like Haruka and Michiru were having fun with the shrunken girls. But still, she’d give Minako and Chibiusa some time to wake up and then they could have some much quieter fun. In the meantime, Setsuna remembered a little song Queen Serenity would sing to her as a child at the Space-Time Door, before she had her own daughter. She remembered it like she’d heard it yesterday. Rocking the two girls in her arms like a cradle, Setsuna played the tune in her head, and began to sing the lullaby to the two girls…

“Tee Hee Hee…” Michiru giggled as she turned a corner, thinking she’d finally caught the tiny Senshi in their tracks.
“And...GOTCHA!” She yelled swiping her hand over in a grab. To no avail. Michiru frowned.
“My, oh my...These girls are such good hiders.” Michiru said.
“Hey, Haruka! Have you found any of the girls yet?” She asked.
“Naw. I caught Usagi and Rei hiding in a corner, but they got away quickly.” Haruka said.
“They got away from YOU?!” Michiru asked.
“I know, I know. They turned a corner and I lost them.” Haruka admitted.
“Haruko Nao Tenoh! You get over there and catch those girls. Here, I’ll help you!” She said, running off to catch the renegade duo. Meanwhile, from inside a cabinet, Ami and Makoto were having a little chat.
“Wow...I’ve never seen this side of them before.” Ami said.
“Well, If you had to shrink to 5 inches tall to get them to have some good fun, then I’d sure as heck do it!” Makoto admitted.
“*sigh* I’m so glad we woke up here, and not in the Dead Moon Circus’ clutches” Ami said.
“Yeah, that’d really hurt.” Makoto replied.
“What do you think will happen if they catch us?” Ami joked.
“Ehh...probably what happens to little girls who invade the houses of giants, we’ll be eaten!” Makoto replied.
“Like Michiru would EVER bring herself to cook us.” Ami said.
“Well, we’ll see what happens when they catch Usagi and Rei.” Makoto said.
“How are we ever gonna see what happens to those two in here?” Ami asked.
“You’re right, let’s get out of here and get a closer look!” Makoto said.

Rei was practically running for her life from the woman who was about to catch her. Haruka had found her hiding spot in Michiru’s music room. Now the Guardian of Mars was running from the bluenette herself, who was demanding an answer as to just what she was doing in there.
“Oh come ON! I was hiding from you, what else would I be doing at 5 inches
tall?! ACK!” The ravenette tripped on her own high heels, and fell to the ground
with a thud. Before she could get up, she was scooped up into Michiru’s large
hand, and brought up to the bluenette’s face.
“Alright, alright, fine. You caught me. What’s next?”Rei asked, admitting defeat.
“What’s next? Oh, you know what’s next. Now, we will subject you to TORTURE…” Haruka began to joke.
‘No, we won’t Haruka.” Michiru said.
“Hee Hee Hee. I can’t believe we outran Haruka!” Usagi joked.
“It was a short distance, kitten. I’d have caught you any other day.” Haruka said.
“Oh, enough about that. We’ve got two more tiny little Sailor Senshi to find.” Michiru said.
“Oh, yeah…”Haruka put on a seductive smile.
“Where are those two?” Rei asked.
“I had a feeling…” Haruka quickly threw a closet door open.
“They were in here!” She said, sure enough, Ami and Makoto we’re trying to climb up the shelves. Upon seeing her, Makoto fell to the ground and hid in a basket. Ami just kept climbing, only to be caught by Michiru.
“Aah, crud!” Makoto whined, being picked up by Haruka.
“Aaaand, we win!” Michiru said with a celebratory fist pump, much to the dismay of her two captors.
“Alright, kittens. The game’s over.” Haruka said.
“Okay, does that mean we go back to normal size?” Usagi asked.
“Aw, heck no! That spell still has a few more hours on it. In the meantime, me and Michiru want to play another game with you.” Haruka said as the two walked off.

“M-mama?…” Chibiusa asked.
“Mmm…*yawn* Who was that singing?” Minako asked, finally waking up.
“Huh?” The pinkette asked, also waking up.
“What the…” Minako asked, noticing she was enveloped in a yellow fabric.
“Ah, have I been sleeping on this?” Minako asked, pushing down on it.
“But wait, weren’t we just fighting Cere Cere?” She asked.
“Chibiusa?” The girl was looking up.
“Oh my gosh…” She spoke, finally noticing just who’s embrace they were in.
“PUU!” She yelled. Setsuna hadn’t noticed the two girls wake up, and was staring outside the window.
“Puu! Down here!” Chibiusa yelled.
“*gasp* Hey! Pluto! Down here!” The girls yelled. Eventually, they got Sailor Pluto’s attention.
“Ah, good evening girls.” She said, looking down.
“Puu! How’d you get so big?” Chibiusa asked.
“Oh, I’m not so big now. It’s just you, the small ones.” Setsuna said.
“Hm...I get it! That Cere Cere, she shrunk us, didn’t she?” Minako asked.
“Mmm Hmm.”
“Oh, well that’s nice. It would’ve gone through it twice if it meant a nice sleep with you!” Chibiusa said.
“True, you’re incredibly comfy!” Minako said. Setsuna giggled.
“I’ll keep that note. Did you enjoy my lullaby?” The greenette asked.
“Lullaby? So it was you singing?” Minako asked.
“Mmm Hmm.” Setsuna replied.
“Weird. I could’ve sworn I heard my ma-” Chibiusa was interrupted.
“In that case, why don’t we all sing a nice song together!” Minako suggested.
“Ah, what a nice idea!” Setsuna said.
“Wait here a second. I’m sure Haruka has something interesting to sing to…” Setsuna said, putting the two girls on a table.
“Wow...Pluto sang? For me? I feel so flustered…” Minako said, bluffing.
“Even I’ve never, EVER heard Setsuna sing before. And she has such a beautiful voice too.” Chibiusa said.
“Well, we’ve only heard it once. I wanna see how it sound in a duet.” Minako said.
“Of course YOU’D want to compete when it comes to singing.” Chibiusa remarked.
“Ah, here we go! This one looks interesting.” Setsuna said, holding up a red CD labelled “Haruka’s Music: DON’T TOUCH UNDER PAIN OF DEATH!(Except for Michiru, Hotaru, and Mr. Tomoe)”
“Alright, pop it in. I wanna see how you do with a duet!” Minako challenged.
“Okay, here goes!” Setsuna said, popping it in a CD player. The first song that played was instantly recognizable to the 3 girls (they all had the special video game nerds in their lives), and Setsuna and Minako prepared to sing the first few words.

Setsuna huffed and puffed, trying to catch her breath. Minako and Chibiusa just laughed.
“My...oh, my. What a lovely song.” Setsuna said.
“I can’t believe it, Puu... I’ve never, ever heard you sing before, and the moment I do it’s one of the best songs I’ve ever heard!” Chibiusa said.
“Aw, thank you, Small Lady.” Setsuna replied.
“Hey! It was a duet, you know!” Minako said, tossing her hair back.
“Yeah, yeah. You did great too, Minako.” Chibiusa replied.
“Well, I think I’ve discovered the hidden personalities of the Outer Senshi!” Minako said.
“Hm?” Setsuna asked.
“When fighting, you’re invulnerable, powerful fortresses. But when bonding, you make a great companion!” Minako said, leaping onto Setsuna’s belly for a hug. To Setsuna, it was very nice to hear a compliment like that. It made her want to bond much more…

“What?!” The shrunken senshi exclaimed at Haruka’s proclamation.
“You heard me. We’re gonna play spin the bottle.” The blonde racer replied. Ami’s face took of a deep shade of red.
“Oh, come ON. How are we even supposed to spin the darn bottle?” Rei complained.
“Trust me, those gloves of yours can push a lot of things.” Haruka said. Michiru clapped her hands with excitement.
“Alright, I’ll go first” The bluenette said, spinning the bottle. It landed on Rei.
“Joy.” The ravenette said sarcastically. Receiving her kiss from Michiru, a quick one on the forehead, the girl spun the bottle perfectly thanks to her gloves.
“See, what’d I tell ya?” Haruka asked. The bottle landed on Ami, who blushed a deeper shade of red, and hung her head even lower. Rei gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. She spun the bottle again, which landed on Usagi.
“Hm...you’re not Mamo-chan, buuuut…” Usagi gave her another kiss on the forehead. At this point, Ami fell over from embarrassment. Haruka and Michiru giggled a little. Usagi spun the bottle once again, which landed on Haruka.
“Well, alright then. C’mere, bun-head.” The blonde said, picking Usagi up.
“H-Hey! It’s just a simple kiss, put me down!” Usagi said. The blonde responded by planting a niiiiiice, big kiss on Usagi’s face.
“I’ve grown quite fond of you, bun-head…” The girl said. Usagi’s face was an even deeper shade of red than Ami’s.
“Haruka, you naughty girl…”Michiru said.
“What? I give you kisses too.”
“Hmph. I can give a kiss as big as that too.” Michiru boasted, spinning the
bottle. It landed on Makoto.
“Ack!” The brunette yelled, backing away. Before Michiru could pick her up,
however, Setsuna walked out of her room, carrying Minako and Chibiusa.
“Huh.” Michiru said, lowering her hand from Makoto.
“You look like you had fun.” Haruka remarked.
“Oh, we did, alright!” Minako said.
“What did you guys do with each other?” Usagi asked.
“...We sang.” Setsuna said.
“Sang? You, Setsuna?” Haruka asked.
“Mmm Hmm.” The greenette said, blushing.
“Oh, that’s where all the noise was coming from.” Ami said
“Well, since we’re all here, we might as well do ONE more thing…” Haruka said.
“What “one more thing”?” Michiru asked.
“The game WE play sometimes.” Haruka remarked.
“Oh, THAT one…” Setsuna remarked, the three outers gained seductive smiles on their faces.
“Hoo Boy…” Rei remarked.

This was by father strangest, craziest, and dare say meanest game the Senshi had ever played.
“Oh come ON...I can’t believe they’re having me do this. It’s so embarrassing…” Usagi complained.
The Outers we’re having the girls try and feed baby Hotaru with a TOOTHPICK. And VIDEOTAPING it.
“Oookay, come on now, Hotaru. Just eat the food, don’t attack me, and all’s well that ends well…” Usagi said, as asked the food slipped into the sleeping Hotaru’s mouth as it came into contact. And, surprisingly she even swallowed it.
“This is sooo irresponsible! What if she chokes?” Ami complained.
“Trust me, she’s never, EVER choked.” Haruka said, as if she was proud of this oddity. Suddenly, the baby began to rustle and wake up. Without a moment’s notice, Usagi flopped down and played doll. From the baby’s gleaming eyes she could tell Usagi was a doll, almost checking to see if she was a doll, ferociously patting the poor girl’s back. Eventually, she looked at Haruka’s phone and started swiping at the camera. Then went back to messing with Usagi.
This cycle went on for about 7 minutes.

“Well, this has been...interesting.” Michiru observed.
“Fun.” Rei noted.
“Embarrassing.” Ami noted.
“Slightly Painful.” Usagi said, rubbing her back.
“And musically enjoyable!” Setsuna chirped, still thinking about her singing. Cere Cere’s spell had finally worn off, and the girls were all back to normal size.
“I never knew you had such sweet sides!” Usagi said.
“Well, a nice observation from the person who invited us.” Haruka said.
“I really hope we’ll be able to do this again sometime. Shrunken, or not.” Michiru said.
“That would be real nice.” Michiru said.
“Well, for now, we’ve still got those clowns at the Dead Moon Circus to think about.” Minako stated.
“Yeah, but if we could all defeat the Death Busters together, then we can surely beat these guys! You can count on it!” Usagi said.
“Hm. I enjoy your enthusiasm.” Michiru said.
“Tee Hee, why thank you!” Usagi said.
And with that, the Inner Senshi made their leave, having finally revealed the Outer Guardians’ lighter sides. They still had more villains to deal with, but with the Inner and Outer Senshi working together, they wouldn’t even stand a chance. And besides, who knows what the Outers might be planning, now that they’ve witnessed size reduction magic for themselves…
